Soil Safari Incursion
On Monday and Tuesday this week, the Year 1 and 2 students met Diana from ‘Life Rocks!’ to go on a Soil Safari. Here they learnt about the abundance of life within a pile of dirt, played a card game to teach them about some of the relationships between soil creatures (which are friends and which are food). They went outside to find nature treasures and looked at them under a special, digital microscope.
